What is Infantry going to be like?

My theory is that they are going to merge WT with Enlisted, and have it be a separate mode. Then, for tank battles, they are going to have them be deployable from IFVs to secure points or certain choke points with general AI who move up and secure points and the like, given how they are used in the WW1 event.

The trailer showed modern warfare, but they released some nonsense about ww1. Maybe Gaijin is planning to release a new game, something similar to Battlefield. But I highly doubt that there will be infantry in War Thunder permanently.

I’m in for IFVs having their full compliment of “meat armor”.

Well, that’s a very good idea.
However, i don’t trust GJ in gameplay…even the best idea they may turn it into crap.
If was them and i knew that i didn’t have the capability to make gameplay good, i’d just give RP/SL to custom battles and let it there.
And let people play with the balance they believe is better , no cries and they’d sell more.
