I think as a community, we need to look at what Warthunder was and what it has become.
I remember my high school days, when I didn’t have a penny, and coming home after a long day was comforting. Amazing vehicles, a huge variety of them, and players playing them to their abilities.
And now here I am, after spending insane amounts of time and money, I’m starting to realize certain things. Now the games are premium versus premium. I’m not going to complain, since I have several, but what the heck are we doing always “fighting” against the same vehicles over and over again?
Not to mention the insane compression we have in certain tiers, especially in air RB that make it difficult, if not impossible, to have a good game. I repeat, not having many kills makes the game fun; sometimes it’s quite the opposite. Also the rigged matchmaking, which is becoming increasingly evident and has already been “confirmed” by a moderator of this forum. What’s the point of spending hours and hours trying to understand the game when, after having a good game, you’re put in an uptier, with people more experienced than you, and after losing several times, you suddenly have a “super easy” game?. And if you stop playing for a few weeks, the first few games are extremely easy again. Doesn’t that make you think?
And guys, fix the scout drone, it’s been “broken” for several months, something that would have been unthinkable for you a few years ago.
I know I’m useless, I know I’ll probably never stop being one, I admit it, it’s in my DNA. But if a useless person like me realizes this, it’s clear I can’t be the only one. Warthunder is my favorite game, it’s practically a part of my life for better or worse, and that’s why I don’t want it to disappear.
Have a nice day!
