What is everyone's least favourite prop to play?

in rb its just an overtiered g6

The Sakeen (Israel) has to be it for me. I’m patient with grinds and try to unlock everything before judging, but this one is just fundamentally flawed.

It’s a Bf 109 airframe with a Heinkel bombers’ engine which makes it heavy, bulky, and slow. It’s a dogfighter that can’t dogfight. The power-to-weight ratio is terrible, the handling is sluggish, and you’re constantly outclimbed and outrun by everything at its BR. It’s like they took a solid airframe and deliberately crippled it with an engine that doesn’t belong.

I’ve grinded through plenty of bad vehicles testing stereotypes, but the Sakeen is the most painful experience I’ve had. It’s not just challenging, it’s a chore that makes you question why you’re even flying it

Probably the most accurate statement I’ve read on the forum so far lol.

ive heard it has potential and in this game you can make nearly everything work

ik how that feels
i suggest trying to learn how to position yourself better cuz thats all you can do with america teams

i respect your opinion here but i dont agree

T 2 is just bad

I really hate sabres. Call it skill issue or whatever but I just don’t enjoy flying them at all, not to mention that the teams you get are some of the most despicable collection of incompetent fools I’ve seen in any game, and I have 4000 hours in CSGO so that should give you a good idea of how many, shall we say, “special” players I’ve met through the years. But the players I play with when I fly sabres? They’re genuinely a cut above the CSGO crowd. Makes it impossible to perform ok in them.

I had decided to try and spade the F4U-1C.

It went soooo bad. Never have I ever felt like I was already on borrowed time the moment I spawn. I couldn’t muster the courage to try and climb with what little WEP it has so I was stuck climbing at 100% then using WEP to shallow climb once I reached something like 3km-4km. It has 8:45mins of WEP exactly. Let’s assume you climbed around exactly 3km using your WEP, that’d be roughly 3mins19seconds, you’d only have 5m26s of WEP use left.

FIVE MINUTES, of you hoping to make a good game impact. which means you have to decide whether to save the WEP for later use and get your speed back with military power or WEP again to get that speed back fast and position around the team.
It’s an incredibly hard plane not worth the hassle it offers. Let alone how HARD it is to position at all with this thing WITH US PLAYERS OF ALL TEAMS… But that’s the other problem with the F4U-1C, This thing has no acceleration whatsoever in any altitude, it doesn’t have anything going for it besides good guns and the corsair airframe.

It’s 551kmh-ish IAS @ SL top speed isn’t bad (576ish with rads closed, but you’ll overheat incredibly fast), but you’re not gonna be running at sea level all the time, you need to get that energy back ASAP, which I feel like this thing already suffers in. Limited WEP, below average top speed, GG.

Yes— you’re good at 1circle fights, but it’s JARRING to say the least. You have to hope that your enemy doesn’t reverse the flow of the fight to a 2circle. If he does? GG.

So that’s it, an incredibly mediocre plane good for GRB use, I’d like to draw the comparison with the Ki-61 II Otsu Kai, both planes at 4.7 being incredibly lackluster, but the Ki-61 is much more friendly because of its dogfighting ability.

Tl;dr F4U-1C

Mediocre top speed
Mediocre climb
Good guns
Good roll
Elevator and rudder stiffening at high speeds
Always in the backfoot
Much more limited WEP than the P-47’s or the earlier F4U-4 in the TT.
Awful dogfighting ability

Ofcourse, let’s not forget. At the SAME BR it’s contending with the F8F-1.

the f4u1c is just the normal f4u1 at 4.7
so its pretty expected that it sucks

idek why it is that high

4 cannone = +1.0 BR 🧠🧠

-gaijin (🧠n’t)

isnt it +2.0 brs?

You think they can make basic math?

AH-1F lol

I didn’t have such a bad time, it’s a brick but the guns have so much range that many people get caught out easily.

I was also using MEC so the overheating isn’t so bad when you cut prop pitch to 85-90%. Not much power is lost.
