Allows you to use 4 decals w/o premium on a premium vehicle
In english this is a “mark of distinction”, this is the amount of research points you need to aquire to get four decal slots on your vehicle, as seen in my screenshots I’m able to use the two free decal slots as well as the two premium decal slots while not having active premium time on my account
Just that I think. You’re able to show off more decals and because of that if someone counts them they’ll see you’ve done the requirements (or paid for it).
