What does this company do in these situations? This happens with impressive frequency because there is probably no punishment.

You report them for teamkilling, and they get punished.
Those types of teamkillers get punished more because they’re not just teamkilling, but violating 2 - 3 Game Rules in one action.

Its better to report them using in game reporting system

That was the replay they were on.
They used a game exploit as well, hence me reporting them.
