So the Typhoon cannot get Meteor to fight the F-22 because the Typhoon might end up fighting lower BR aircraft like the F-15C GE and that would be unfair? But the F-15C GE with Aim-120Ds fighting lower BR aircraft is fine?
Im really failing to understand the logic going on at the moment
I think the F-22 gets massively overhyped and whislt its good in one specific environments, its actually quite average in msot others.
But US mains will probably argue the F-22 needs to be a lower BR because it lacks HMD and a Gimballed AESA.
It’s not necessarily that minor nation mains are much better, it’s more that there are just waaaay more bad major nation players due to how many more mains these nations have. Alongside that a large part of the minor nation players are multi nation players.
Look up minor nation mains on this forum on statshark and most of them are nothing special, especially when it comes to ground.
thats true, but im sure you have also seen how many people, including you, have been pretty vocal about US additions being mediocre (super bug). wouldn’t that make some of the worse players not want to play top tier USA which could boost stats?
Because the US almost never actually goes through hard times. Only periods of time where they arent meta or co-meta with the soviets. The only period of time I can think of where they were actually, geuinely at a disadvantage, was the 1 month? after the Gripens were first added until they completely destroyed BOL.
Even in both ground and naval the US is actually very strong at the moment, but plenty of claims otherwise
Rafale… sure, but it took like 6 months for the EFT to get a radar that well… worked, and the F-15E was doing just fine vs it, just the US mains had spent the past 6 months not having to actually do anything to dominate the matches with the F-15C and then F-15E and so when they had to face a fair fight, got screwed.
Ive only really been paying attention to ground in the past 2 or so years and from that PoV the Abrams has been solid and gotten several buffs it probably didnt actually need (like 5 second reload)
R-37M shares similar TTD as the regular Meteor… the only difference really is flight (and target, but as a certain event somewhere has shown it can also hit fighters (unaware, but still)) profile.
They were going to add the 2A6 w/DM53 while giving barely any other nation a better round than L26 and M829, they reverted that decision but the 2A6 still clubbed.
The BVM also clubbed the US shortly after that. Main problem being that the US had just such a shallow lineup at that time with only the M1A2, M1A1 and IPM1 (M1A1 and IPM1 only had M829 and M833 back then).
The Abrams is solid now only because of that 5 second reload buff. Take that and they would be a straight up worse 2A6, they would get dumpstered by the 2A7s/122s.
They had to do something when they released the 2A7 and gave the 122s spall liners. However like I said in the past, I’ll gladly trade the reload buff for a SEPv3 with actual armor.
then we cant know for sure. personally i think RVV-BD is worse than domestic R-37M since the Russians do have a history of exporting worse versions of their equipment, and 200km seems awfully low for a fairly modern very long range missile
I feel uncomfortable with this statement. Immediately after being implemented in the game, it was a very difficult aircraft to fly due to TWSESA bugs and a narrow scan range, but after receiving buffs that fixed the bugs and expanded the scan range, it became a very powerful jet fighter. It was truly on par with the Rafale.
To be honest, the MRML was unnecessary for this aircraft. The current 15CGE performs like a BR 14.5 vehicle, which completely renders the 14.3 aircraft. I cannot understand how anyone could be dissatisfied while possessing an aircraft like this.
