Eh… if they truly intend such radically different performance vehicles to the same BR then this entire thread is pointless and we might as well just wait for the death of the game. Like there is no way the FA2 and F3 Late are equal in performance currently and the Premium Su-30s are only 0.3 better.
Its just gaijin has compressed themselves into a complete and utter mess
So what you’re asserting is that the F-15C and Su-30SM2 don’t climb and gain speed similarly in the AirRB gameplay loop?
Not once was milpower used in this video. You’re problem in this discussion is misrepresenting things. Even things I let you have lol.
You contradicted yourself.
There’s no counterpoint. I was making a comment not even towards you necessarily. Do you know what the topic is here?
Okay, so #1, this is borderline schizo. Never did I have this back and forth with you… #2 Gaijin really isn’t that great at modeling stuff man. It’s basically all an illusion. They really don’t have a clue for most things they do especially balance-wise.
Can’t believe I have to explain this to someone that apparently plays the same game I do… Players always spawn in front of you. BVR only happens at the start of the game. Players only spawn at the start of the game.
You take the substance out of my arguments and spin up your own. You don’t see any contradictions because you maliciously or accidentally break down my points, take away context or integral info, and then present it as something else? Whatever you do it’s weird man.
Your proposed changes would do little to help American top tier air. Everybody knows that the real reason amraams suck is they have the worst turn off the rail of any ARH missile nor do they have a particularly fast time to impact at close range. Your proposed changes aren’t nothing, but the most you can do is kill the single father of 5 that just came back from their 12-hour shift a little further away than before because they have no idea how to notch.
Are there any sources that would point to better close-range turn for the amraam?
Quite frankly I’m not continuing this seeing as you have devolved it into attacking me, rather than engaging with me in discussion. I hope you have good day and or night, i know i will.
But it won’t be able to track it right? It would just reveal its position. A good F-22 pilot can turn on his radar fire and the turn it off. With plane to plane data link which i assume would be added before 5th gen, missile launched by F-22 can be directed by other plane
Well, if he does that, then the missile is really easy to defeat and basically a waste of a missile, but half the challenge with stealth is locating it in the first place. Now I know the rough area to be pointing both my AESA and IRST into and also where I need to be defending from. Which destroys half the advantage the F22 had.
So for the entire match you would just focus on a single F-22? If if you remove its stealth which is its big advantage it would still be a good 4.5 gen with all upgrades it has. It still won’t be bad. It would only be missing gimble radar
If they are planning on adding 5th gen, then they must surely be planning on adding it
I guess this is one advantage the Rafale has over the EFT. If the F-22 pings the Rafale’s RWR, the RWR can slew the TV sensor to the F-22 with its laser, and then from there the Rafale can actively track the F-22 even if the F-22 shut off its radar, and then the Rafale can fire missiles through the TV/Laser.
For the EFT, it can get the location of the F-22 through the RWR, but once the radar is shut off, it’s basically unable to actively guide any missiles.
