7:1 actually on instrumented ranges too meaning kills can be claimed or disproven down to a few inches.

Well thats what they’re kinda made for, to be stealth. That like saying remove the canards and FCS of the Eurofighter. Both are integral to how they were designed. And lets not forget the F-22 was designed in the 1990s and the F-35 just half a decade later. They’re not ancient but they sure aint young anymore. Comparing them with a plane that basically just released (AESA Typhoon) is for sure going to show their age.

Typhoon is getting a new radar, nothing else at the moment. If the F-22 is a 1990s aircraft because thats when it was designed, then so is the Typhoon.

Go read or watch interviews of pilots who fought mock duel against the F-22, they all say the same thing. The F-22 is pretty much a UFO making the fight so onesided you can’t get gun on it. They’ll also say that the F-22 can be defeated even by an inferior plane when it’s piloted by a new F-22 pilot.
C.W. Lemoine(the youtuber who was a pilot on both the Legacy F-18 and F-16) won a dogfight against the F-22 once, because the pilot was new while he had years of mock dogfight behind him. He was crushed every other time in both platforms even though the F-18 is a low speed dogfight bully.
Pretty much the same will be true for Rafale vs F-22

It’s literally one of the best sustained dogfighter in the world with its amazing AoA control at low speed. Even the F-16 gets defeated by it if the F-16 can’t win it quick in the one circle. That the F-22 makes the fight one sided even in these situations where the F-18 is nearly uncontested should tell you a lot about what the F-22 can do.
Like, I’m not the one saying it. People with thousands of flight hours in the real planes say that.
Nonsense it rates poorly 19 d/s for one that is clean with not even a full tank of fuel the bleed rates are massive and the AOA limit (legacy hornet) is 34 degrees that’s the lift limit
