What can I do in such a case?

In short:
During an air assault match, one player took issue with the fact that I was using a premium vehicle. Instead of focusing on the game, he spent half the match typing out his grievances in the chat. Unfortunately, it didn’t end when the session did. The player decided to harass me via private messages, adding a new element to his warped, frustrated worldview: manipulation—insisting I had said things I never actually said and threatening to report me…
It’s making me feel uneasy; what can I do? Where can I report this player? I’m worried that this guy has a genuine psychological issue and needs to be kept away from the healthy part of the gaming community before he starts ruining the experience for others.

kindly ask for moderator intervention regarding this player.

You’re both trying to enrage the other player and both of you are breaking rules. If you really want to not get this sort of attention you would not respond back or blocklist instead of egging it on

I called these people the Welfare Warrior, which is worse because at least Waller Warriors has money to offer lol

Even worse if they have negative kd and still acting like they are in any position to lecture other players, so out of touch.

Report via in game function, block, move on.
There is also a function to disable PMs from anybody not on your friends list.
