What can be done to balance the BMPT's?

The BMPTs are genuinely breaking the game at this point and I am straight up tired of it. What can Gaijin actually do to balance it? Because let’s be honest, changing it’s BR from 11.3 to 11.7 ain’t gonna do shit.
