These BR changes are more likely to provide upper hand in both air and ground RB, A10 goes to 10.7 so you can get up tierred to face pantsirs, on the other hand why wouldnt they move pantsir to 12.7/13.0 like every other top tier plane, cause pantsir has no rival when it comes to AAs, Flakrad with his petty 2 rockets or even ADATS which need like 200 SP to even spawn.
Soviet BR changes are the same as everyone else.
Also Pantsir is 11.7, not 10.7 as you imply.
Moving Pantsir, ADATS, etc to 12.7 where they’ll be even more useless? lol
