Basically title. What tactic’s have somehow worked out in your favor when you’ve used them?
(And how many times have you’ve tried)
This can range from anything in air, ground, and naval.
Charging the enemy blindly in GRB… Especially without weapons… It’s worked a surprising amount of time
I rush the enemy spawn every time I get Hurtgen Forest.
Every time.
No exception, I do it every single time.
Pushing disabled IS 3 sideways with Maus to block shots from ISU 152 trapping them both against wall so i can repair then all three getting killed by Pe 8.
That poor guy killed me and five from his team so probably banned for few days
Using the low br italian TD’s ill shoot smoke and charge my enemies and try to get their sides.
One thing I enjoy doing in Air AB on those 2 airfield Domination maps, like Peleliu, Mozdok & Berlin, is just telling my team mates “gl team!! . . headed for A/B . . . come go with” and just beelining it to the enemy’s airfield . . . usually a good deal of chaos and havoc to be had . . .lol. It’s especially good when I can get 2 - 3 team mates to come along . . . but I have to admit, a great many times . . . I am over there all by myself. But it doesn’t always end badly . . . lol, ya just never know how they are gonna react and that’s the fun part for me . . pure chaos and reacting to it . … always exciting . . . ☻
Leaving the vehicle for the enemy doesn’t get credited by the kill.
Reserve “no kill”. Just driving around trying to steal caps.
I would say that i am rather successful with accomplishing BP tasks specifically tailored for Ground RB pilots in Air RB. So killing X enemies with various bomb / rocket sizes is rather easy if you have the necessary experience.
Mainly because as like in the old days (so with af aaa on the forward airfield) almost everybody landed on forward airfields because they felt safe due to the 4 km af aaa bubble. And - you get 0 points if your bombs misses those planes as airfields were (and are) usually seen as safe zones as long you play on maps with 4 respawning bases - so no “average” player will bomb the forward or large airfield as they might lose precious SL/RP.
With some experience you can predict when enemies land even if they are not marked, all you have to do is to watch their flight paths and aim for respawn (= after repair) points. I scored over the years countless double and 2 or 3 triple kills whilst doing this - mostly with B-18B from 7 km or higher.
I have not counted how often i missed, but i can say that i needed 4 attempts to get the necessary kills with a bomb =>1.000 kg last BP round, i used the 190 F-8 for this. “Highest” kill was a drop of a Swedish M50 from 9km on a guy sitting afk at the main af - i saw the dot…
I love hunting bombers while using them myself.
Had the most success with the Shackleton so far. Those Me 264s are yummy.
Turnfighting in flying boats is lots of fun too, but landing them on a lake and using them as AA floats is even better.
Toxic.
I like using the Brigand for that, myself. It can even outturn some fighters, so beating them in dogfights is hilarious.
Used tanks which have both sides and disguised it as an enemy one in simulator mode. For example, Italy and Japan have almost indentical tanks (both M24, japanese M4A3 76 W and M36B2, italian M4 Hybrid and M18) which can be easily disguised as allied.
