What are the problems of the Swedes and the Soviets at the 7th rank?

I play on the 7th rank of sweden - 10.3, my friend played on soviets and we waited 2-3 minutes for each battle.

However, as soon as I switched to the americans, we began to instantly get into battle, literally less than 5 seconds. Although an average of 14-20 people are expected to fight at the 7th rank, both Swedes and Americans. Online is the same.

So why the hell should I wait for a few minutes on the swedes, but on the americans they let me into battle instantly? Do the developers have any secret files about the enmity between Russia and Sweden?

Some nation combos are usually against each other so its hard to get into match with them, same if you combo 3 or even 4 nations in a squad.
