This I also agree with, fired several and wasted both a T-34 and a Puma for some time who was engaging me in a Sherman. Fired Smoke, backed up they were having some issues trying to see where I was, both in different directions. At the end i died however i still wasted a lot of their time.

On top tier tanks with +400mm of pen it does not give any extra protection that matters since that area is a weak spot.
Boosters on Skyhawks. NVD on some tanks around 6.0 - 8.0. Dozer blade in general.
But they give much less reward. If only there were an airfield spawn…

The “Engine Injection” for Lancasters… costs a heap of RP / SL to get (tier 4 mod), gives you +33hp but no extra speed/climb/turn etc… so basically gives you nothing except higher repair cost.
For comparison, the “Engine” upgrade gives +50hp (only 20 more) but also other benefits:
(ok, those benefits don’t really change much about the plane either… but at least it gives something?)
