Regarding the F-15A, I believe its current BR is fine. At the very least, equating the MiG-29 and F-15A would be some kind of joke.
Regarding the F-16A(BE), to elaborate further: “Either the F-16A(BE)'s BR should be lowered, or the F-16A OCU(FR)'s BR should be raised.” Where exactly is the justification for the F-16A(BE) having a higher BR than the F-16A OCU(FR)?
I agree. One level of BR expansion is definitely not enough. They should raise other units more.
still dont know why fa18e is on the same br with aesa ef, rf or sm2 tbh
Asymmetrical balance exists. Where the MiG-29s get two very reliable SARH missiles even with a bad radar, the F-15A gets four mediocre SARH missiles paired with an unreliable radar which tends to do slop illuminations, resulting on losing a missile out of doing nothing wrong at all.
B3A has an argument as its the same BR as the 2a7. the B3 though is nuts
still a little high for a hornet tbh
yeah,yeah,but F-15A has 9M×4.
moreover, its thrust, climb rate, maximum speed, RWR, and CM all surpass those of the MiG-29.
What’s more, the F-15J even carries the AAM-3.
And those should’ve been removed the moment they announced the proposed changes.
A 12.7 F-15A W/4 7Ms, 4 9Ls sounds a decent deal to me.
And a better radar, RWR, flight performance, endurance, more total missiles, and more CMs.
Even if the F-15A lost it’s 9Ms in exchange for 9Ls, it would still be a considerably better and a more enjoyable plane to fly than the Mig-29As.
If the Mig-29 got R-73s on top of its ERs, the F-15A is still at minimum an equivalent plane, and would probably be better overall in air RB.
If 9M gets eliminated and BR drops, that might actually be pretty good. By the way, what happened to the F-14B?
i think 14.3 is still quiet tough for it since there are normal s30sm, normal ef and f15ge which are way better than the super hornet
Says the one who haven’t played any F-15 at all.
Ion, I humbly do not take any of your views on blufor (except for Germany’s air) as serious.
its now only just above a subsonic plane that only gets those 4 9Ms, no radar, no sparrows, nothing.
Its also only just above A LITERAL PHANTOM
absolute joke
That’s true, but I don’t think it should drop to 14.0.
We should raise the maximum BR even higher.
Nothing so far, looks like Gaijin is okay with the F-14s with their respective IRs (which are not that terrible imho, they have other solutions).
i agree plus they need to up br all 13.3 and 13.7 plane. there is no way prem ja37 have like 10.0 rwr sit at 13.0 and su30mkk/mk2 sit at 13.3
A 13.3-13.7 aircraft? Missed that one.
Forget it.
Theoretically, I know that I need to disagree with you.
Two wrongs don’t make a right.
Yeah, I am well aware of this.
But, well. frick it.
I am all tired of this bollocks.
Honestly, when everyone else cheats, why We brits still need to be fair?
-Tornado GR.1 still has a higher BR compared to Tornado IDS WTD61 due to ‘GUIDED MUNITION WHICH HAS NEARLY NO ROLES IN ARB’, and will go up against F-15A.
-F-4J(UK) which stayed Inferior compared to either F-4J/S(USN) and F-4K/M(RAF/FAA) FOR YEARS of neglecting. no AIM-7F nor Spey engine, which her counterparts have, still untouched, now will be massacred by F-15A.
4th generation AIR DOMINANCE FIGHTER which 4x AIM-9M goes down to 12.7BR?
Of course, it is fine because
-F-16 with IRCCM stuck at 12.7BR
-and non-AESA version of F-15’s radars are iffy, so 4x AIM-7M will be nothing but a dead weight compared to ‘Glorious russian bias missile’ R-27ER.
right?
Bad radar, pff.
I never knew that PD Phantoms’ radar was better than Eagle’s. and also armed with AIM-9M.
Of course Eagle should’ve be buffed. I know that
Air Dominance fighter which got dunked by our subsonic naval fighter SHAR, and SHAR now staying 10.7-11.0 BR in WT.
So… F-15A on 10.3BR when? :/
Right. Grind the US tech tree, hop on the F-15A and try hitting a maneuvering target not even perfectly notching but going around 50ish degrees, notice how your sparrows will do funny stuff as the radar’s (AN/APG-63 PSP) illumination literally begins to fall apart.
Of course the straw was going to be the ultimate cope argument for a serious discussion.
