If you find a name that breaks the rules please send a report using the in-game complaint system.
No need to out them on the forum. It it also very likely against the rules to do so as it not only targets a specific player, it is also reposting rule breaking content.

I don’t want to report it at all. The names add fun into the game and I just want to see what interesting names people find as it interests me and I am not trying to “out” them

That name is breaking the rules of the game and even if you find it funny it is still against the rules to have such a name and as such very likely also breaks the rules of the forum to post here.
If it breaks the rules of the game then why is it even able to be made

Most memorable in game name i’ve found are Harry_Spotter, Obiwan_Chernobyl.
