We reach 60 points first, we lost

Yeah yeah very logic.

Buggy leviathans update and now their programmer even couldn’t distinguish “win” and “lose”. Nice Gaijin, applause to all of your programmer.

It is logical:
Victory isn’t instant but is checked every few seconds. When the game checked, it was a draw. And a draw is a loss for both sides.

It’s logical only so far as that’s a garbage way to do it and it’s keeping to its own garbage logic.

It’s not a justification. They reached 60 first. Skin of their teeth or by a country mile should be irrelevant.

Both teams captured each others point so a draw makes sense here, neither really deserved the win

One Team however captured it earlier and hold it for longer and as they reached the required Points for Victory first then they should get the Win

Consider a duel with flying bullets, where one duellist triumphs the split second before he is killed too.
“But I hit him first…”

Though, consider a race to the finish. The guy placing 3 seconds faster gets first and not everyone placing within 10 seconds of him.

So the question is, Is this game a race to the end or a battle of survival?

Why should it be considered that? Just to make it ok? I think tensilaspider put it better…

Because it is a battle, not a race? In a race, two people can share first. But in a battle, both sides can’t win. A draw is counted as defeat.
It is up to you, what you consider to be best. The game designers had their consideration, and within that, the result is logical.
I didn’t say everyone would design their game that way.

Except “two people are not sharing first” in this case; both are sharing a draw despite one reaching 60 before the other

Shouldn’t even be a debate here really…one Team reached the Victory Condition before the other…so they should Win…simple as that.

Why are you directing that reply to me? I agree with you.
