Nah ,anything and everything that can be used as a decorator will be used at some point by someone.
Everything from body pillows to ammo cans, guns, drink cans, signs, every style of bag, lawn decorations, and illicit materials have been put on tanks; and there’s more that I can’t mention due to promises I made, and more I’m forgetting.
And that’s just a tiny fraction of the American armored corps.

Sure, many have put odd things on tanks, but not all the decorations in WT even exist IRL.
Examples
I highly doubt that someone put a fully functional neon sign with that exact text on a tank. The other two examples don’t exist IRL (unless someone has built a replica).

Just because something might happen in the future doesn’t make it historically accurate today :)
The other two would be in the “lawn decorations” category.
And you as someone that isn’t American might be like “There’s no way that people use this genre of things as lawn decorations.”

My point is that there are things in the game that i do not think anyone has ever put on a tank.
Making them not historically accurate, which is also why they are labeled fictional in-game.
