Simple solution that 90% of community can not comprehend:

1. add a flag to decorations “realistic/not realistic”
2. add client side option: “do not show unrealistic decorations”
3. Weebs can have body pillows and sweats can have their “historical and immersive” tanks

Maybe they could bring the fictional/historical tags from decals to decorations, and give the fictional tag (allowing it to be hidden) to any decoration that is ahistorical. This would include body pillows, many other “fun” decorations, and hopefully bushes.

Unfortunately for you, Omaneko is real, and therefore historical.

That’s already a thing, and the mascot is historical, the body pillow isn’t.

Technically both of those are “semi historical” if we’re going by the definition of the War Thunder wiki for Skin creation to WT Live, though they seem to be tagged as fictional in-game for some reason, i’ve asked StonaWT about it but no answer yet.
