as we have night warfare in this game, it also requires like navigation lights on airplanes or search lights on tanks etc

Why would you be flying into an active war zone to do CAP / CAS / SEAD with your nav lights on?

Nav lights are literally one of the first things you turn off when you are going “fence in”…WT being a constant fence in situation, whats the point?

I’m not 100% sure, but I think there is a suggestion about exterior lights.
I’d welcome landing lights at least.
Way too often I find myself flying a pattern in SB EC thinking runway is clear and then some guy shows up out of nowhere while I’m on final.
Even worse if it’s a dead-stick landing so i can’t even abort.
Useless? Mostly yes, would look really cool ,especially in ASB? also yes.
Id be all for these useless but aesthetically cool features to be added.
