If we were to add battleships what would you like to see? (I’m not a suggestion moderator, I’m just curious on the naval fan base)
Me personally I would like to see the Normandie or Alsace class.

(I meant more advanced battleships)
For me:
Counting individual guns and not turrets, so some of these might be twin guns or even 8 guns on one turret
10x 14"
16x 5.25"
70x 40mm
42x 20mm
Not necessarily more “advanced” as its older than the KGV or Vanguard and nearly as old as Hood, but is certainly rather different
9x 16"
12x 6"
6x 4.7 inch
30x 40mm
69x 20mm
8x 15"
16x 5.25"
83x 40mm
But Riley has a really good post on all the ships they could add for Britain:
Some like the G3 class could be really good:
I have a sweet spot for a few ships. Littorio class, KGV/Vanguard Class and my favourite the G3 class.
In the short term I can see an evolution to more nations having WW1 15" dreadnoughts or their equivalents, with the R Class, Francesco Caracciolo, QE, Normandie, Lyon and for America the Colorado.
What your pictures depict is the Alsace which unfortunately is not applicable via current game rules, though I believe an exception should be made for France to get Lyon and Alsace class ships, as well as for Italy to get Littorio UP.41.
Wouldn’t say more advanced but if she got a 35 second reload I could see them being more powerful. I’m not sure which I will end up preferring. Probably KGV or Vanguard for the speed, AA etc but Nelson might be something I bring out when the enemy team has a very tough ship to crack, something like a Littorio or refitted Nagato or I imagine Bismarck with its overperforming armour scheme.
Yeah, they will be very situational, I can also see my pick changing based upon map as well.
According to a suggestion moderator (mods please don’t banish me to the shadow realm) whenever they run out of vehicles built to add they will start looking into designs and proposal.
Iirc they have said they will point blank just consider finished designs. For France this is good. Something like the Lyon class would be very competitive as a 7.0, whereas waiting and then backfilling the ranks means France particularly will be essentially irrelevant until Richelieu (and thats debatable) and then irrelevant after that again.
