Uhm,akshually,there is ranked mode. Squadron battles,there are also ranking depending on your overall K/D or win rate or amount of kills,there are overall or monthly ones. There are TSS rankings from tournaments,statshark rankings showing performance.
anybody can join squadron without knowing about squadron battle.
