I agree with you friend, I know it’s useless to come here and think that something can be done or that it will be done, but it’s better to try than to just accept that if we never come together and the situation of the game will change
And that’s exactly it, my friend. Unfortunately, it’s going to be practically impossible for what I said to become a reality, but as I often say, it’s better to try and complain than to just stay silent.
This trailer is every WT player’s dream come true. We need variety in this game, we need different things. We’ve been stagnant for almost 10 years in the current game, and I still dream that all of this will change for the better.
There are valid concerns in your post, and my post here is to address parts which are popular myths.
The maps that only work up to BR 8.0 are restricted to BR 7.7 and less. They’ve been restricted like that for years now.
SP is what prevents unlimited spawns, and simulator EC having repair costs is one of the things preventing it from being a great alternative game mode.
Simulator ground has SP as well.
When 2S38 moved up from 9.7 to where it sits now at 10.3 it “ruined” [not my opinion] the 9.7 and 10.0 lineups.
Begleit I use in my 10.0 lineup now, adapting to changes in BRs matters more in this case.
They’ve made 6.5 engines so far and they’ll make a 7th engine at some point as well, in-fact they’ve likely been developing the 7th game engine since the release of 6.
Developers listening to the community is why maps lost verticality. Players complained that maps weren’t flat enough and they listened to them.
“More game modes” requires new AI as War Thunder already has all PVP game modes.
If War Thunder gets playable infantry, I stop playing ground. If I want infantry, there are games for that.
Matches only become fast when players make the game too efficient.

You forget that War Thunder’s ultimate goal is naval, ground, and air all in one battle. Developing the foundation for that goal takes money and time. No game developer has ever come close before, and up until 2020, that goal was probable decades away. Now it could very well be within the next decade.

the biggest fattest problem with WT is complacency: the players just endure the 80 bux premium packs, horrid maps, statistiks)) balance, godawful bugfixing priorities (the guns on planes STILL don’t work lmao)
and the devs dont bother fixing any of the above exactly because the players eat this up and ask for more content - why bother doing jack if they still buy an 80 dollar copyslop hornet? a single premium pack probably pays for an entire year worth of game servers
