That is the only thing keepkng me at WT. Setting my own objectives. Could care less about stats
«Presses X for doubt»
It most probably will not expire, but the way things are going it is going to get a lot tougher to make money I think.
One thing is that it will never change or get better, you could come back in 2-4 years and you will still be trying to capture point A,B or C there will just be a load of more copy paste stuff in the tech trees, and a host or premiums and expensive stuff on the market.
Do you have the facts/ report were it shows player base is growing over the past say 5 years? Curious to see that. I believe it has been falling steadily. I agree the game has gone down hill I have been saying this for the past 2 or 3 years now, but my posts typically get flagged then I get banned for speaking the truth.

This is just on steam, which doesn’t include a large chunk of players who just use the Gaijin launcher.
I don’t believe you.
You’re really overstating how many accounts like that there are.
It’s a great example of someone trying to make data fit an end result they already decided on ahead of time. :P
“game is dying!”
“game is actually growing”
“game is dying if you make a bunch of other assumptions!”
I believe it is called Confirmation Bias
I still don’t believe that you would get banned unless you deserve it, and/or are breaking rules.
I don’t think that’s entirely true.
They used to do it on reddit and couldn’t keep up.
Instead of being honest
Just admit there are flaws.
Give an effort to look into possible solutions, which most times comes from the player base
Gaijin has never been in charge of the subreddt afaik.
Ion im not going to argue with you.
You have your opinion which is fair enough.
Maybe you just havent noticed
WT is highly unlikely to die, as it completely dominates the arcade aircraft and tank areas, all with very small PC and storage requirements.
I would argue that if they got their game together, improved the grind a fair amount and fixed naval, they could likely dominate all three modes. (Tanks, Planes, and Boats.)
If you work full time you can simply GE them, which is a far more efficient use of your time anyway.
Remember, money is just something you get in exchange for spending your time at a job. You’re ultimately spending time either way. And time is always one’s most precious resource.
« then I get banned for speaking the truth.»
Is it the voices in your head telling you that or something?
Well your not banned your thread is just being executed
Not my thread but ok, just here to take in the lunacy
Meanwhile game is doing better every year …
I’ll never understand ppl that are frustrated by high tier, who forces you to play it?
Make your favorite 5.7 lineup, ace all crews, but all great premiums and just murder everybody
This game truly shines in Ww2 environment, tho I do enjoy modern jets as well
Modern tanks, I would play more if the time requirements to spade them would not suck my soul out
War Thunder is currently gaining players from eating Wargaming’s ‘World of Tanks.’
I believe that within the next 2-4 years, we will see another tank game emerge that will gradually draw players away from War Thunder. Gaijin has almost no brand loyalty from its players; only the sweat and effort they’ve invested in the game keep them playing.
The player intake graph for War Thunder would look like this: 30% new players to tanking and 70% coming from other war games. War Thunder has already reached everyone who wants to play it, and its mainstream perception is quite negative—not towards the players, but towards the game itself.
