why are there SO MANY BUGS HELLO
But how do I get rid of it?
You can’t
Apparently it was a dysfunction of the WT Live “Rhine” custom hangar I’d had installed. Now uninstalled, it no longer presents as transparent.
Try change the bomb loadout, and you see it again when you switch between them. Only when you look at the plane normal it’s off.
Not sure. I reinstalled the “Rhine” hanger and the bomb transparency went away and it’s back to normal, except for a new traffic light addition which now sits conspicuously in the middle of the hangar. Shame, I love that hangar.
Well I can’t speak for other players obviously. But I can for myself and having played 7,575 Naval Arcade Battles, with 22,513 Respawns, 30,842 targets destroyed (enemy Players) and being 250 something on the Naval arcade leaderboards ( Was in the top 80 Until I started playing some real off meta crap, the past couple months).
Anyways like I said a moment ago, can’t speak for anyone else. But this will be the thing that makes me put the game down for good I think if Gaijin don’t remove this ridiculous aiming change. It’s not just the absolutely garbage aiming that literally no one that actually plays naval went out of their way to ask for. It’s the fact that Gaijin came up with this (I’m trying really hard right now not to just unload with re this and f, f’n ard that, so this comment doesn’t just get moderated to the trash. Although it still might.)
To Gaijin now.
Just what in the f were you thinking? This is absolute trash. What did this make better? NOTHING!!! It’s like you threw a dart at a monitor, hit the aiming reticle and said ok great we’ll “fix” the aiming. The aiming that there’s was nothing really wrong with at least not relative to what this is. You’ve taken every single reason to play the game away. We might as well be playing computerized digital checkers. But digital checkers WHERE ALL THE MOVES ARE ALREADY CHOSEN FOR YOU. What in the hell is this dogcrap of a change?
But the part that has pushed me over the edge is you came up with this change for no reason, the feedback during the Dev Server was overwhelmingly negative regarding the change. I seen numerous people saying if this goes live they might try Naval realistic but probably just done with WT. To the point and with a utterly defeated tone that not all of them were bluffing. Meanwhile all of the forum posts regarding this and not one single acknowledgment from anyone at Gaijin. Just silence. And then you ram it down everyone’s throats when it goes live anyways.
And still not single comment from Gaijin regarding it!?
The “change” to aiming, which lets be honest you removed aiming all together from the gamemode, that’s not aiming anymore it’s simply selecting. Might as well be a turn based game now. This change was not a minor adjustment. You butchered the entire gameplay of the mode and you can’t even acknowledge the overwhelming negative feedback regarding it?
That’s what’s basically finally pushed me over the edge. I’ve been around long enough to know Gaijin has an issue with just admitting something didn’t work right away and changing it back.
But I want you to think about something, I have 81 premium or event vehicles just in Bluewater and Coastal vehicles. I have no clue when it comes to Ground, Air and Heli’s. But a few hundred at least AND many many more to still get. However just the one’s I’ve already acquired or earned constitute a significant investment of time and money. A very significant investment of time and money with more to go like I said still. And right now I don’t care. You’ve absolutely completely killed any motivation I had to continue playing the game. There’s no way I’m the only one and I will guarantee whatever short term blip of players come and try the mode real quick because of the “changes” won’t stay because the changes destroyed the gameplay. It’ll be a net loss in the end and by then the players like me most likely won’t be coming back no matter what you do at that point. Just do the right thing for the players, the game and your income from the game and please revert it back to what it was.
This is good it’ll make slower munitions harder to hit and faster eaiser but only with IR missiles while it is the inverse for radar. Maybe IR missiles will be better at killing the KH-38MT.
This might make the british radar spaa with stingers more powerful as a munitions killer
For time being, i couldnt lock any kh38 from 5km with something like adats. BUT HEY we still can lock spikes and even drones from 7km. BRUH 10/10
Was the change where you no longer can see any enemy/friendly marks when spectating after you die in Air RB made on purpose or is that a bug? :o
Huh, can’t you see that this aiming system is more logical and closer to IRL how ship crew aims, it’s more entertaining, cause you can finally see the target and where you shots go(see how they explode or sink) and choose where you want them go(not the freaking “V” sign or green snot, in the middle of the sea, 2 screens out of target), much more easy and logical for newcomers.
Hoping for an answer on that one myself.
Someone reported it as an issue here, so I added a +1 to it: Community Bug Reporting System
Hopefully we’ll get an answer soon.
And also the AA cover has been added again to the small airfield with nothing about it in the changelog x-x
You know Gaijin would never nerf that missile. Its like the Pantsir. Its untouchable.
simply NO! to solve this issue they could have add a split screen like the one added for the scout drones - not that garbage - no real crew aim directly at the moving target - they had to aim for the point where the target will be at impact!
So what with “books” for corrections on self and target movement, weather and all other stuff, and with bunch of automatization in the ships, then?
No.
Whilst the “fantasy/balance” type of implementation of turret baskets(because it is not realistic) might have been done to make the game more forgiving for quick cash players buying top-tier mbts (The kind of players who have no idea where to shoot.), I am quite sure that this change has done more harm than good for the game.
Right now, every penetrating shot will take out the basket even with its shrapnel, basically ensuring that the kill is 90% secured at that point. This single-handedly gonna destroy winrates and any appeal premium Leopards and Abrams had.
Sure, people will buy more Russian premiums cause the auto loader at least eats straight apfsds projectiles for breakfast, but there surely will be a noticeable decline in Abrams/Leo purchases. That has got to hurt profits short term . Especially when sales are coming up.
This will have to be rolled back because it makes no sense from the standpoint of balance AND realism at the same time.
I just don’t get it how this was green-lit when one can see it from a mile away how badly and in how many ways will it affect the game.
