Few decals that can be removed from unknown list:
If I remember correctly, it was unlocked by buying both Chi-Ha Short gun and Heavy tank no.6 when the Japanese GF was added
Squadron B, Yellow square emblem came with A13 mk I (3 RTR) if it was bought before premium vehicles decals became part of the skin change.
I don’t have it, so I don’t know how it was unlocked, but the DIANA emblem belongs to 5º Stormo of the Italian Air Forces.

I found a rare pepe decal. So the lore with this was there was a promotion event with the esport teams for update 1.51, but it was ended early for some reason and only one of the decals was added to the game. The promotion was so forgotten about the name in game includes the underscores and only a few people still have it. Team Think Decal
