Just to be sure… There is NO WAY to get custom sights or skins or sights for console… right???
Not on console, but on PC you can, and you can do that with your live account in the MS Store using that to install War Thunder.
I will be getting my pc soon. But I have a concern of restarting war thunder on pc, is there any way to transfer my progress (if i said that correctly) from Xbox to pc?
You can log in with your console account on PC and play with the same progress. There is no need to transfer for that. For Xbox you can either use the standalone launcher or install through the Microsoft store. Not sure if the installation through Microsoft store allows for customs sights/skins but if the installation folders are structured the same as the standalone launcher it should still work.
There are however some restriction for console accounts, you can’t access or use the Gaijin Market, you can’t buy the PC packs and have to both buy thing on your console and more importantly log in to your console to active your purchases. (there might be a few more things that i’m forgetting).
Full transfers from console account to PC account are currently not available.
