I have recently quit war Thunder. I plan on staying on Hiatus for a week. War Thunder just grinds my bones. The EF-2000 stock sucks and researching planes is hard in the US as I want to get past F/A-18 to try the F-14A early. On the other hand I want the interceptor Vatour, and su-24m in which I need to finish LA-200, Su-7, MiG-27K and then I can get it.
Can you guys give me some remedies for curing burn out and grinding pain?

You can try playing in moderation. But if you’re trying to grind…
Play a game or two to research or spade something out, if it doesn’t go well and you’re not really feeling it, just hop off WT for the day.

Su-24m isnt worth it. Gun pod that swivels barely works in test drive and its missing loads of thrust bad FM just like su27/Mig 29 not worth it.

Other BRs, other game modes. Spice up your play and take a break from top air.
I took a break from maining ground for almost a year due to burnout.
Played helis, air, and naval across BRs primarily with some ground when I felt the mood.

Dude, mental health in video games in general I care about.
I want everyone, without exception, to play what they love.
When they enter War Thunder and I know them, I explicitly tell them: Play the vehicles you like. You are not obligated to play vehicles or BRs you dislike, ever.
The grind is secondary to fun.

Thx bro. Do you know anything about the Su-24M? I wanna grind it instead of F-4J, A-10 late, and F/A-18 in order to get to the F-14A. I really love the boxy shape of the Su-24M and I love strike bombers in general. I have the MiG-23ML and Su-39 I can grind the La-200, Su-7, and MiG-27K and then the Su-24M.
how do you plan on researching the F-14A with the Su-24M

you can try for the F-4E which is pretty good, or maybe F-4C if you like it

Su-24M is a great low-altitude strike aircraft.
The best loadout for speed is 2x napalm and 4x R-60Ms.
It does not turn well at all in auto wing sweep mode, and 0% wing sweep has a relatively low top speed.
It’s best in simulator, and you can bomb bases with its napalm.
You can bomb airfields with its GPS guided bombs from higher altitudes using CCRP bombing [the simulator airfields have modular damage models].
Overall a neat aircraft, but difficult to learn in my opinion.
