It doesnt go through gaijn, though, at least for the global bans. That is battleeye managed only, and going to gaijn will not help. There is quite literally nothing they can do. This means that if you were banned other BE-enabled games, you will also be banned from WT.
BE also makes it quite clear that in their mind false bans do not exist at all, have it in their FAQ that their software will interfere with some processes on your computer (Quite literally just fan software), and there are numerous examples of false bans/data leaks occurring.
I dislike cheaters as much as the next guy and have concerns with false positives. As I’m sure anyone does with a game they may have spent money on. However, the person in this thread constantly having their posts taken down and deeming anyone who has concerns with BEAC as a de-facto cheater is exhibiting psycho level behavior lol.
Wont make a difference , the cheating sites will work around it as they have done in many games with various Anti-Cheat software.
Have been playing games long enough to know they just re write their software to the current build of anti cheat over and over.
Yes some may get banned but it wont stop the problem, it never does.
If some person is going to pay a certain website AA all that money for a 50/50 chance of being banned then more fool them.

gaijin should intentionally sell fake cheat software with an internal hook . when it is activated, the hook ping gaijin and they ban his account. then write in an official post once a month just how good the anti-cheat is. i know a few dev that does that. it would work marvels.
Thank you Im asking because Im on console and I got myself some new toys for Christams (2S38 and Leopard 2A4M) and I want to try them, but would be more confortable if new anticheat system is implemented across the board.

Question; I was recently gifted a Wacom drawing tablet, and it requires a driver to function and allow the pen to work as mouse.
Would there be any possibility that this software or the pen, and/or having the tablet plugged in while I play, may cause a false positive?
I am still worried about the claims I read stating that legitimate software like this (some even mention the Corsair drivers, RGB software, etc) may lead to a permanent loss of an account.
EDIT: I also installed Microsoft PowerToys in order to be able to stick/pin a Google tab while I’m drawing, in order to to watch tutorials and references while I learn to draw… I wonder if this, too, may cause any false positives? God, it’s so stressful to worry about this. I don’t know if I just gave in to the fear mongering or if those shared concerns are legitimate, but I can’t help but to worry deeply about my account.
I would think its pretty unlikely as there is no reason to think that peripheral drivers are malicious, but if you are still worried you can run the game through a 2nd machine to avoid the kernel level detection.
I have a Huion tablet and so far so good, I got the BattlEye update today and nothing bad happened, as long as you get signed drivers from Wacom and not some dodgy third party website you should be good. And yes I have PowerToys too, all clear. I might even get a new computer to install software on, I am kinda paranoid about it too.
My last game in december was a lobby full of friendly and enemy cheaters (rank II game).
I stopped playing for a month. Picked up WT today. Just finished a 6.7 game. There was a lvl53 player with 15 kills in RB dropping bombs with F8F from 2km with laser precision as well as sniping people with 20mm stealth belts from 1-2km away and finding hidden enemies. I have seen alot, but never seen players with arcade lead indicators in RB.
