to be fair he is not talking about the big report yet and he propably should not do that since we will get something oficial about that soon.
Mods do not know everything and smin is propably not at fault for the leo situation

Mirage 2000D-R1 uses the same Pod (CLDP) and has access to Thermal.

We do not accept datamined materials for bug reports. That has nothing to do with the Leopard 2A7. That has always been the case.

from what I have seen a lot of top tier tanks have problems that need to be fixed, gaijin stated that they are beginning to work on the CR2s issues but a lot of them remain so you might just have to be patient
This should have not gone live in the first place.
Almost every vehicle added/changed has problems.
Missing spall liners, armor values, etc.
Its like QA/QM doesn’t exist.
