I.e: good ergonomics = 1.0x crew stats(default)
Poor ergonomics = 0.X multiplier for crew stats, depending on specific vehicle - not a significant amount, but an amount nonetheless.
Tank interiors/crew ergonomics are a very important factor in real life that cannot be modeled/portrayed in-game. Tanks with poor interior comfort/ergonomics result in higher crew stress and poorer physical performance(loading, targeting) - something seemingly ‘invisible’ that actually has a profound impact on the tanks performance. A vehicle is only as good as its crew.
You know this doesn’t really work right? a Gunners ability to turn the turret doesn’t depend on the Egronomics, Ergonmics because this probably targeted at soviet vehicle is already acounted in the reload and other things if it’s going to be actually a thing it’s impact would be meaningless
You realize crew stats are already incorporated into the game mechanics, right?
Novice crew bad/slow at everything
Ace crew fast/good at everything.
The above is already factored into what the tank does in battle.
okay and how would you determine which tank has good or bad ergonomics? because outside of the few notoriously bad examples, I dont think you could objectively determine “good ergonomics”.
Like out of Abrams, Leo2, Type 10, Challenger 2, Leclerc how would you determine which one has bad ergonomics and which has good? Does challenger 2 win purely due to its ability to supply fresh tea?
