Real convinving there…
*Heli must be <2km away.
*Planes must be <1.5km away.
please PM more me about that (if you have a source)
I admit I didn’t read all 323 posts but there was some discussion about that in the old forums too:
They nerfed jet airfield swith this change. Which is good
Huh?
At the jet airfields are VEAK-40 used as AA systems. The VT slammed everything but with taking the VT sheels away its no way easier to kill airfieldcampers at the ground.
Couldn’t they have just removed the VT of the airfield veak?
I’m not gajin ask them. Gajin is gajining
i have no idea what this means…
i assume in GRB? and the airfield there?
How will it be easier to kill airfield campers when the thing killing them is now nerfed??
Okay dude in ARB you have 2 airfield one closer to the batle and one more far away. The Airfield which is more far away from the battlefield gets protection by SAMs and Anti air canons and the anti air canons are VEAK 40s on each airfield which protect the airfield so the enemy players can’t camp the airfield. With the VT nerf on the Veak-40 its easier to attack this airfield cuz the VEAK 40 bots are not so good at hitting. I hope this helps u to understand what I mean.
Based on the diagram, I would say it’s some kind of:
A. Simply High capacity HE shell (since filler has increased from 44g to 110g (m/483) and 115g (m/484))
B. Maybe HE-TF shell with high capacity?
The “tube” detail is translated as follows:
“Instantaneous high sensitivity tip stop tube (“Ö hk sar” is short for “ögonblicklig högkänslig spetsanslagsrör” by the Abbreviations chart, I believe it means nose fuse) weighs 0.048kg. The tube has a detonator fuse (whatever that is, not mentioned in the m/36 munition section) and is reinforced 0.4m in front of the mouth.”
Word “sprängkapselsäkring” (detonator fuse) was mentioned in 47mm mortar shell, 57mm m/54 (Better known as Bofors SAK m/50 or Bofors 57mm L/60) and larger artilleries.
Is there a later model of the veak 40 slightly different in model that gaijin can add at a higher BR with the proxy rounds?
Sadly that would be the end of the Swedish dedicated tracked SPAA platform. But the TRIDON series (based on Volvo or Scania trucks depending on models) would use proxy fuses (since it was the 1990s and just this year if counting TRIDON Mk 2) and much sophisticated systems such as laser rangefinder, programmable shells or even radar.
Bofors Trinity system was also tested on the Swiss Shark platform.
That could be a good replacement then
