With current values 15C is worser than 27 in 2c
With values from manual - better in 2c

There isnt a “point” to it, its just a community made tool. Developers have never accepted 3rd party tools for reporting.

Never has been? You can use the game browser stats sure, but WTRTI has never been accepted.

Yes, that is the accepted method for getting data out of the game.
