User Skin - Game Freezing

After the “Ninth Wave” major update, all custom skins in my game have disappeared, while the files still exist in my userSkins folder, and on my computer. Also, when I try to create a new template in the customization interface in the game, my game freezes, crashes, and doesn’t create the file in the skin folder.

Help?

May depend on your pc too. Years ago I used to have an outdated video card and with every skin above 2k my game freezed quite often. Also check if your drivers are all up to date.
