Perhaps a community moderator can tell me about Gaijin’s views on the use of Reshade in 2024?
I’ve ran the game already with Reshade and made a beautiful profile, then immediately realized that there was controversy on the use of Reshade.
I was able to launch the game fine without EAC picking up anything bad.
I’ve got 3400 hours into the game, and I really do not want to get banned.
Afaik, Reshade affects game file and could improve visibility by using it so… don’t use it
Nope, multiplayer games in general doesnt like Reshade…

Is nvidia’s overlay the same thing? should I stop using that?
People have been banned in the past for using it because it could give an unfair advantage. Don’t use it.
Not really if you have nvidia rigs.
Geforce drivers support Reshade now. I have been using it myself for years and still have not been banned.
wha- no? all people would do is up their gamma which people already do with in game settings.
99% of people that use reshade just want to use it to make their game look good. your should be more concerned about people using potato graphics to try hard or actual cheaters that lock onto people and shoot through walls than something that can make a game look nicer
And this is the next step than, pandoras box is already open…
