As I said, as per the tank chats from the museum they tend to mention those three catagories alot when talking about the post WW2 (coldwar) MBTs such as the leopard 1s, chieftains. centurions etc.
Firepower, mobility, and protection.
Then crew comforts and so on.
hence why CR1 was more crew “friendly” as it had an actual major from the military helpin with the MBT80 project and subsequently CR1
And the M829A3 which can cut through all armour in game no doubt.
while I do believe abrams should get its historical buffs as the bug reports show, aka the armour plates for the fuel and so on fixed.
It is no way as poorly performing as people wanna make out.

i feel like the arietes (tanks not the jet) could go down to 10.3 if they get rid of the Dm53, its just such a sad tank, even 3BM22 can pen the turret of the AMV i think

I watched T72M1 demolish a CR2 frontally with 3BM15 mate.
while ariete IRL isnt that well protected I suppose in game it does at least have a good amount of mobility n firepower to compensate for the lack of armour.

honestly its mobility is kinda lacking, the only thing its really got over say something like the T-72 is the reverse gear, but i genuinley do think it could go down in BR a LOT with just how much of a glass cannon it is

Mate I dont want britain buffed or USa or whatever tree buffed and the leclercs, merks arietes and so on to be left in teh dust .
I want ALL the tanks and jets to get thier historical gear and armours etc THEN a BR to reflect that
Like teh shir 2 the L15A5 identical to L15A3 is ridiculous if it was identical IRL why bother swapping out the A3.

It’s a glass canon, small and fairly quick, with good firepower, but no longer has the best firepower. Which cripples it in terms of balance. They could do with upgrading its shell

true true, tho i really think a lot of the problems stems from powercreep and the BR Compression but the ariete is just sad so yeah i do agree gaijin should pay attention to the more neglected stuff

10.3 is way too much, but they could go down to 11.3 without a problem.

CR2 should have far superior armour to a T72 and a superior gun/ round at least until the T72B3.
the Ariete however, armour wise is better IRl than a T72 if i remember right, but mobility wise its miles ahead of it. and firepower wise.
The ariete unfortunately as you say would need to lose DM53 to move at all
