Only the process of writing something so inherently unhinged like ‘USA Bias’ makes me chuckle.
A nation that time and time again (like most of NATO) has been gatekept with ‘game conventions’, while Russia gets the most of statistical conveniences to remain competitive to the point to even outperform the rest with some of their vehicles or their ordnance.
You just got Gaijin’d, cope/deal with it.

F-18A introduced at a lower BR than it should be while its direct equals are sitting at 12.7 [F-16A ADF] and 13.0 [F-14B], potentially due to how compressed 13.0 currently is.
P51H5NA still under-BR’d despite no longer primarily facing Japan while the on-par or superior to Griffon Spitfires that are 0.3 higher than it.
Tornado F3 is the same BR as the non-9L carrying F-4J/S/FG1/FGR2 aircraft.
M60 AMBT is still 10.0 despite 120S moving to 10.3.
ZTZ96As are still 10.3 firing rounds equivalent to 3BM42, dodging the move to 10.7 where their equals are.

And even then the Object 276 still has the best kdr in the list (wouldn’t count the olifant and barely the sabra, to few matches to give an accurate representation of an average kdr). I found it odd to complain about the vehicle with having those surrounding factors x)

Not my fault all of the OP additions Soviets got were like 4ish ground vehicles since Mig-23MLD’s loss of OP status. And all were corrected as quickly as other popular OP vehicles, and one was over-corrected.
Soviets even went 18 months without an MBT addition. That’s 18 months of no potentially OP vehicles.
That’s like 40% of the time since MLD was last OP.
Though there is Soyuz I’m still suspect of.
