You said M829A2 performs better than DM53. IRL it is a valid assumption, but in game, they’re locked in their respective armies, Germany has a better cannon that improves DM53s performance, thus making it a better round, end of story.
I can accept bad takes as a part of common human discrepancies, what i won’t accept is being disingenuous over in-game facts. We’ve never talked about IRL performance, exhibit M.
I thought that was reasonably obvious.
Saying M829A2 ingame performs better than DM53 (even though it’s fired from a better cannon, making it a better performing round) doesn’t really support that point of yours.
I only ever stated that M829A2 is better to DM53. The context of that statement is same-length of barrel, and never once about vehicle balancing; I use ammo-gun combinations when discussing vehicles themselves.
I never once said that M829A2 out of L/44 was better than DM53 out of L/55.
I only ever said DM53 out of L/55 is a better combination than M829A2 out of L/44.
This is the language I use. I do my best to be as specific as possible, and if I failed to do so within posts in the past I apologize.
I believe you misunderstood my posts, and I hope you accept my clarifications and realize we were saying the same things written a bit differently.
So please, please ask for clarification when you see a post of mine that you’re confused about.
Say “Are you sure your post is written the way you want? This is how I understand it.” Then tell me how you’re understanding the post.
I will do my best to clarify and fix [edit] my mistakes so that the meaning I intend is in the post so there’s as little confusion as possible.
I liked it most when they gave all Western tanks a sub-basket, which, when damaged, blocks all drives, but they forgot about Russia. Its drives are not in the basket, but in a small gear.
I can’t understand why you decided that the F/A-18A is OP on its BR?
There is bias and it is simply huge. As for aviation. The only bombers that do not fall apart from a 20mm hit are Soviet ones, the Pe-8 is still indestructible, the Il-2 is also by the way.
Second, Russia always gets the most advanced weapons, it got a helmet-mounted system that did not exist in reality, it got the best radars in the game with the exception of the new Japan. Russia got Arena M that intercepts 100% of missiles, Russia got Pantsir, Russia got Su-39 essentially with an electronic warfare system. Russia got Kh-38MT that never existed in reality, and Kh-38 has the best characteristics in the game, in fact, Kh-38 is the fastest missile in the game.
Russia gets everything but the top dash is the best.
The fact it’s performing for its BR the same that Gripen did on first release.
And while Gripen was corrected over and over again for a few months, F-18A is already correct and is a lower BR than the F-16A that has less weapons and similar capabilities.
Oh boy here I go defending NATO against disinformation again.
Pe-8s fall apart no differently than the Ju 288s. I know cause I’ve shot both with my interceptor Corsair during daily tasks, and at least one Pe-8 in a ground match where I had the AU-1 in the lineup as well.
Soviet HMS is well documented, weird of you to call NATO liars about that. HMS is also not the most advanced system, that goes to modern HMDs which are on Rafale, F-16, F-15, etc.
Soviets finally got a Trophy & Black Night APS equivalent APS… K, that means nothing.
Pantsir has never been good against CAS. It came 2 years late, just like how the new SPAA came 2.5 years late. Pantsir defeats LGBU carriers… it was introduced when IR AGMs were everywhere.
Su-39 has never been meta in-game. Su-39 also has no EW equipment in-game. IRL it might, but EW is not in-game at all. IRCM is not EW.
Kh-38MT is an AGM-65D/G that goes faster. Its seeker over-performs as much as France’s Hammer because both are copy-paste of IR Maverick. Kh-38 is no where close to the fastest missile in the game either; potentially the fastest AGM, and it’d be by margins over the previous fastest ones. The fastest missiles are all air to air though, with the fastest being F90.
Dude, your posts need to stop defending Russian equipment that hard. Use facts, not fiction.
Reducing things that low is a slippery slope to engine controls are a form of EW.
I am not one to reduce things and will reject the slippery slope personally.
And yes, I thought of all the literal meanings prior to you and it took me a long time to make sure my responses weren’t literal and instead taking expectations of others into account.
