171,000 games played is still a lot. If it was only 1000, you would have a point.
It’s just a fact there are far more US players buying their way to top tier, and far more newer players picking the US as their starting tree. Stands to reason that US winrates will therefore be lower. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Abrams as a vehicle, it’s a good tank.
your right who is playing a vehicle matters quite a bit indeed but when you look at a vehicle that isn’t new and is used by the actual long term players of a nations the story’s a lil different
In a Gaijin game? The SEPV3 tank is absolutely useless. It won’t get new armor, no DU armor, no new shells, no spall liner, no repaired gun mantlet, or no space between the turret and hull. Gaijin made up all the armor values for the Abras tank out of their own heads. There’s no precise data on what the armor is.
But the Abrams has the most ridiculous armor of all. So ridiculous that tanks from the reserve armored vehicle can penetrate the Abrams’s frontal armor. No other tank has such ridiculous armor.
Is it a coincidence that the most tech advanced military in the world is the worst performing? Or that the 3 closest allies are the worst performing? All “skill issue” incoming…even though people that play Russia are the absolute worst skill players…“lets hold w and rush, rush, rush” “make sure we all follow each other in a single line!”
Getting volumetrics to work on their UFP+turret neck (literally a bug fix) should do the trick.
Also, and if Gaijin stops being an hypocrite with production documentation, a composite DU buff on the hull protection can also be applied, but I digress.
I’m pretty sure this is an issue with volumetric and how Gaijin has modelled the Abrams’ armour. If I remember correctly, this has been already reported and accepted; when would it be implemented is the main question.
As I’ve stated before, implementing the accepted bug reports would buff up the Abrams.
