US ground vehicle tree on top of the tree, needs a buff

Fair, but I still doubt it would be this miracle bullet that some in this thread expect it to be.

Yeah. Im gunna doubt that. Though Brimstone for the Challenger 2 can come at the same time :P

Hmm… What do you mean? As in the Sep V3 would need to come first and then Challenger 3 would come with something else later?

Because imo, we need the Challenger 3(P4) to counter the M1A2 (the non-SEP one) :D

i mean CR3 is a next gen tank strictly speaking

This is such an awful, awful can of worms to open.
You won’t like realistic reloads.

Yeah, but this is Gaijin we are talking about and a British MBT.

If its even remotely like the CR3TD, it will be pushing it at 12.7.

But we need something at 12.7 with a better shell than L27A1 which is actually the weakest round at 12.7

Let the man have his 4 sec realod so he can blow up like t-serie and show me good fireworks from a abram

if you look at anything with that view then its all going to .7 below what it actually should be

Maybe, but if we look at it rationally, what does the Challenger 3(P4) provide over anything else assuming it only had DM53?

Would likely still have a 6 second reload, so slower than the Abrams and only marginally better pen

Whilst I think the CR3(P4) does have some mobility upgrades, it would still be similar in mobility to the CR2s

Its armour, god knows how it would actually compare, but probably not any better than the Leopard 2A7s at this time.

LWS, and APS in the future.

It would actually be fine at 12.7 at the moment and what is actually needed for that role.

But Gaijin being Gaijin, the ERA might do nothing, the Spall liners and blowout panels might be missing, they might consider the base armour weaker than the Challenger 2… There is a lot of unknowns with how they might model it

Eurofighter (UK AESA) versus US F-35:

Eurofighter:

  • Better IR missile (ASRAAM)
  • IRST optimized for air superiority due to placement above the nose
  • Greater missile slinging capability due to flight model
  • Greater dogfighting performance
  • More countermeasures
  • Better radar
  • Longer ranged BVR missiles like Meteor while retaining access to AIM-120s

F-35:

  • IRST capable of fully guiding in BVR missiles (due to laser)
  • IRST utilizes laser that can provide compensation to radar if target is notching
  • Fully stealth
  • Spherical IRST coverage
  • Greater missile count

If they fully modeled the Eurofighter’s capabilities, I could see it being able to tackle the Su-57 better than the F-35 could.

I knwo u weren’t specifically speaking abt me but I don’t believe that it will be a miracle i just want something new after being stuck with the same tank for so long even if it’s not that different.

Yeah. Im gunna doubt that. Though Brimstone for the Challenger 2 can come at the same time :P

Streetfighter ii modification is probably the coolest modification ever done to a tank in my opinion so i would be happy to see this come and i don’t play britain.

What i mean is that gajins plan is adding the sep v3 with trophy before they add the sep v4, they are probably doing this so they still har vehicles to add. And that’s probably also the reason they didn’t add trophy to the sep v2 cause then the sep v3 wouldn’t offer anything at all. I mean look at the merkava mk4m vs merkavma mk4 lic, aren’t they the same tank but the mk4m got trophy?

And for the challenger variants i don’t know much else than gajin modeling it completely wrong so im not gonna say anything on that, but if they need a new one the should get a new one.

Which sums up the point I was making quite nicely.

Take away the stealth or pit it against something also with stealth, what does it have left?

Oh yeah, I know, but there are a few who I think it would be.

Especially when they bring it up based upon date of introduction like “of course its a lot better, its newer”

Yeah… Its annoying they wont add dozer blades to the CR2s in general, they all could equip them and heck, its literally in the files :D

ah yeah, Isee, fair enough on that.

Well if ur thinking off the blowout panel door being open at all times for the 4 sec reload to be possible so u can shoot in the ammo compartment and one shot the abrams i will tell you that blowout panels don’t work at all in wt rn. Try shooting any nato tank in the blowout compartment and u got urself a kill…

It would really rely on the developers not screwing around and properly prioritizing modeling of the Eurofighter. There’s a good chance this may happen since the leakers said the F-22/J-20/Su-57 would come first before the F-35, leaving many European nations with their late 4th gen platforms (Eurofighter/Rafale) pressuring the developers to compensate and fully model their advantages.

I am genuinely shocked that there are people in this thread that unironically rate the T-90M above an Abrams.
Wild.
Just wild.

Maybe, or it might just be them screwing over the minor nations.

Either way, Stealth could be cataclymically bad for the game if they arent careful

Survived many time in leo2a4 and even pt16 easily.

Blow out work fine

Yes the “new upgrades” done to tanks are mostly things for the crew like new displays and electronics inside the tank, and that doesn’t do anything in wt lol

Yep :D

Ah yesss, 360* radar TWS on the su57 is just pure lovely

Im dreading the DIRCM personally
