They aren’t building anything.
No, lol. They are equivalents to the M4 and T-34s.
Vehicle: C13 T90
BR Change: 7.0 → 7.0 or 6.7 (GRB)
Reason: This is just a fat AUBL/74 that doesn’t get shredded by .50 fire to the hull (but still has the 8mm thick turret). It is already unpopular as it is; please leave it alone. The Ru 251 at 7.3 is faster (particularly in reverse), has a much better gun, has a better profile, and is generally better protected. The C13 T90 has no real advantage at all over the Ru 251 that it will share a BR with other than perhaps a smaller turret and marginally better RoF.
It… does though
F-80A-5 (rank V)
battle rating (Air arcade battle) 6.7 → 7.0
F9F-2 Panther (rank V)
battle rating (Air arcade battle) 8.3 → 8.0
They are equivalent in the sense, that they are the mediums made available to Germany at the Tier. Like the T-34’s are made available to the Soviets and M4’s to the Americans. However, they are outclassed in relative stats. Pz.IV’s are simply glass cannons, in a purest sense. They’ve got nothing else going for them.
Pz.IVs got a low profile to pair up with said cannon and a decent reload for such punch.
Maybe I could have used a different word, but the C13 T90 hull absolutely holds up against HMG fire better than the AUBL does. The RHA plates between the two are comparably effective, but the C13 T90 has an extra 38mm-50mm of aluminum under it. I’m not saying this makes it good, I’m saying it to illustrate how much of a stretch it is to say the C13 T90 is this much better than an AUBL. The AUBL hull still kinda resists HMG fire frontally sometimes, but you are a lot faster and much smaller in return (things important for a light tank).
It’s the worst 14.3 by a mile.
The minor improvements over the 13.7 F-16C aren’t worth a 0.7 BR increase.
Increase the top BR bracket for air battles to 15.0 and push all the tippy top tier jets up and put the premium Su-30’s at 13.7.
Vehicle: Pz III N (both nations)
BR Change: Stay 3.0
Reason: This tank is balanced fine as it currently is. It is a sidegrade to the Pz III L, trading the uparmored mantlet and high velocity gun for the sideskirts, pintle MG, and rapid fire high pen HEAT shell. 3.3 would place this in direct competition with the Pz III M, a tank with all the benefits of the Pz III L and most of the benefits of the Pz III N. At 3.3, the Pz III M would simply be better than the Pz III N in most cases.
At least they consider changing it’s BR - they removed the amx 30 dca belt without changing it’s BR and now it’s a worst gepard at higher BR than the gepard for no reason
Sorry but most of the track add on armor is borderline useless anyway on the tiger 1s,
The PZ4 has no armor. The PZ4’s gun makes it so where the M4 and T34 do not have armor. Balanced. Peers. Equivalents.
maybe if you’re pointed at the .50 cal, if they see any of your side you still die afaik. When I played both of these tanks in prior years they did not have much different mobility with the C13 having better reaction/short term mobility because its not wheeled and the AUBL being faster long distance for the opposite reason
killing the ikv 103 and pvkv 2 by moving them to brs where there is practically nothing so there arent lineups for them. also removing anything you can pair the swedish sherman with is a bit sad. the entire 3.7 lineup is gone except the sherman.
Honestly dont really get some of these changes, sure the pvkv 2 has a good gun but thats about it, never struggled against it or the ikv 103. I get why some 3.7 vehicles are moving up tho. especially the sav it had it comming for a long time.
Edit: huge props for the turm 3, bmpt, sav, lago 1, yak-9k changes tho. Also while i hate to admitt it the saab 105g did deserve to be moved up too so thats a good one
Edit2: turan 3 nooooo (i fully get why its being moved)
Edit3: Honestly i kinda get why the m24s are moving but i dont agree with it. they are pretty uptier proof but they arent super op at 3.7 and a lot of lineups are losing their light tanks now

Mode: ARB
BR Change: 4.0 → 3.7
The Fw-190 A-4 is currently outperformed by a lot of 4.0s in most terms except burstmass and rollrate, while it can use flaps to improve it’s turnrate, it still falls short the moment with it’s current foes, it is more capable to deal with the 3.7s however, since it’s speed starts to become above average.
Moving the FW-190 A family to 3.7 will help fill the dedicated fighter gap in the german tech tree at those BRs
vehicle: A-5C
gamemode: Air Realistic battles
BR Change: 10.7 → 10.3

reasoning: it is not equivalent in any way to the J-7D despite sharing the same BR, the limited amount of countermeasures combined with the FM which forces you to go slower than 900 km/h due to having high speed lockup does not make the player any favors in constant uptiers against superior aircraft or even the mentioned J-7D, even as a strike aircraft is limited due to having to compete with teammates with faster aircraft that also have access to a higher ammount of ordnance and even radars which the A-5C does not have, the only saving grace of the A-5C is the 2 magic missiles which does not make it 10.7 material and it struggles in any match

Mode: ARB
BR Change: 4.3 → 3.7
The Fw-190 A-5, like the Fw-190 A-4, currently struggles with opponents above 4.0 that it sees on all matches. The A-5, despite not having an upgraded engine, has a center of mass located further forward, which helped improve turning performance compared to the A-4s, however, this is not seen in WT since it was removed, and if it doesn’t come back, the Fw-190 A-5 will be a carbon copy of performance compared to the Fw-190 A-4.
Vehicle: M13/40 (I)
BR Change: 1.7 → 1.3 or 1.0 (all modes)
Reason: This tank, like most tanks of this series, struggles against its own peers and feels useless against anything larger. It has a decent turret, good depression, and good explosive filler in its APHE, but has few advantages outside of this.
Few tanks sit at 1.7, making comparisons there difficult, but there are many tanks at 1.3 that are either comparable to or superior to the M13/40 (I). The Pz 38(t) Ausf A at 1.3 has less useful armor, but has better speed, a stabilizer, faster turret, and better RoF. The Pz III F has much better mobility and firepower and comparable armor with its only real disadvantage being the inferior turret shaping. The A13 Mk II is similar in this comparison to the Pz 38(t) Ausf. A, but with better mobility.
At 1.0, the Vickers Mk E only has enough armor to stop 7.62 MG fire, but has better RoF, shell velocity, HP/ton, and forward speed while the M14/40 (I) hold an edge with its explosive filler and armor. The Pz 35(t) has much better reverse speed, stabilizer, turret traverse, and engine power while the M14/40(I) as usual has only its combination of explosive filler, armor, and turret profile.
The turret alone may make this unsuitable for 1.0 as it is fairly small, well-shaped, and relatively thick, though most reserve cannons can still pierce this with a favorable hit. The lethargic speed, slow turret, subpar RoF, and unremarkable penetration hold this tank back greatly.
