Reason: Not remotely comparable to the Su-30SM2 or any other 14.7, it’s pretty mediocre. Genuinely unplayable if forced defensive by multiple enemies due to having no countermeasures to sustain a fight. I’d still play the Su-30SM or J-10C over it (lower BR aircraft) and that’s saying something.
Made especially relevant by today’s PL-12/PL-12A nerf reducing turning performance from near R-77 to AIM-120B level

Reasoning:
The premium Su-30MKK is arguably one of the best 13.3s in the game going on by the overall packages and definetively THE best premium aircraft in the entire game.
The ability to carry up to 6x PL-12s on top of 4x IR IRRCM missiles makes this aircraft an absolute menace to the entiriety of 12.3-13.3 bracket.
While certainly it lacks engine power when compared to likes of Su-27SM and J-11B its closer in overall performance and missile capacity to them than it is to F-16ADF or JF-17 (let alone 13.0s) and as such it should see BR increase.

Reason, no forward armament, the only advantage it has is speed but you can’t make a base to bomb, as everything is faster at your BR and can’t use that to its advantage in a full uptier at 11.7. The aim 9Ls same as the A10 at 10.3.
gaijin claims that game balance is based on a combination of player statistics and vehicle capabilities. however, when a vehicle scores very high in both aspects (and most of the community is complaining about) gaijin seems to simply ignore this for reasons everyone here already knows.
The BMPT-72 is piss easy to kill if not hull down and doesn’t have any of the survivability quirks of the regular BMPT, it’s more than fine at 11.3 even.
sad to see the AMX A-1A and mirage 4000 forgotten and still overtiered
and seeing the battlerating not decompress so 12.3-13.3 is a total mess of a battlerating
i guess i’m glad to see some work being done from the ground up though
