Pour one out for all our homies who just lost their research bonus. Thankfully the RB Su-34 increase counts, so I don’t have to start over from the La-7 for now…
One is an 8 missile meta dogfighter & BVR fighter, the other is a 6 missile meta WVR fighter.
Those that do both BVR and WVR should be a higher BR than those that can only do WVR, when other things are equal or worse for the WVR aircraft.
It’s plausible that those that can only do BVR should also be a lower BR.

Because we all know how much dogfights are the meta in high BR Air RB right? I can count on a couple of hands the amount of “dogfights” I’ve had above 12.0. Inevitably someone gets 3rd partied. We shouldn’t be using the 0.01% of situations to balance something.
Sparrows are about as useful as a wet fart in high BR Air RB, except for the 7Ps (and even those are questionable at best). The moment you have to defend the inevitable fox 3s, your sparrow is useless. Add in the lack of HMD, and you becoming a poor WVR aircraft too.
That is a terrible metric to determine BR. There are several other factors, such as flight performance, defensive systems (RWR/Countermeasures), offensive systems (HMD/Radar) that play a significant role. Just saying “has both so must be higher” is silly.

Eh still a stupid change imo, literally almost every 6.7 Heat Slingers are Tiny compared to the Ratel 90
You forgot to mention you have the best radar at that BR that’s pretty much a 14.0 radar without HMD, some of the best IRCCM missiles for AirRB, the 2nd best flightmodel in the entire game, and very adequate all round kit of a 13.7 on a plane a full 1.0 BR lower. So yeah, it definitely could go to 13.3 compared to the Gripen which really isn’t very BVR capable at all.
The F-2 is better than the Gripen in all of those metrics except pure CM count. The F-2 tallbox ACM reaches farther than the Gripen’s HMD and provides much better tracks.

Every HEAT slinger at this BR range being pushed higher is a good thing imo. Heavy tanks will be happy.
I mean don’t get me wrong, the 6.3 british lineup slapped, I loved it, but it still does even without Ratel.
EDIT: Also thinking about it, I would still take Ratel 90 over Ratel 20 at 6.7
I forgot to mention other some 6.7 HEAT Slingers might be faster but majority absolutely are more nimble than the Ratel 90
Also that’s not a big surprise as the Ratel 20 is not good iirc

Is it really that strong?
Is it normal to have lost the RP spent into AIM-7 Modification? (F-16 A ADF Blk 15)
(1game made before, then i re-openned the game and made 1game)
No changes for the J-7D, no F-104S ASA, 11.7 Tornados, 2S38, and no changes that were even asked for.
I want someone at Gaijin to explain why the F-104S ASA and 11.7 Tornados are at the BE they are it coming from a purely A2A perspective. I dare them to justify the BR of those planes.
The decompression is fine(even if it is misplaced), but we need more like 3.0+ BRs of decompression and much better balance. Also have fun facing Su-7s (not even the worst 9.3 btw) in your vampire or meteor.

- Sd.Kfz.234/2 TD is missing. Only TT version was changed. (100th time you guys forgot a duplicate version while changing a BR of TT vehicle)
- M-17 is not in list but was raised anyway. In this case: the M-17 is not a Duplicate of the M-802. It has/had much less firepower. But, TBH, I did not play it after the change of “how to aim” in Naval AB. But the lack of the 3,7cm guns made it much worse than the premium M-802.

Even in a A2G perspective. Its impossible to justify their current BRs
11.7 Tornado IDS performs identically to the 11.3 Tornado IDS (and the Mig-23s at 11.7 are stronger in both roles simutaneously) and I cant imagine that the F-104S ASA performs all that differently to the F-104S TAF at 11.3 in terms of base bombing.
How they continue to justify a lot of these BRs is insane.
