Aircraft

  • Wyvern S.4 — overheating parameters have been adjusted to increase the time it takes to overheat the engine and to increase its survivability during overheat. (Report). Source: Pilot’s Notes for the Westland Wyvern S.4.

Ground Battles

  • In Ground Battles, the number of Spawn Points it takes to use aircraft with ASMs with IR seekers has been increased by 8%. The maximum spawn cost (when the Battle Rating of the aircraft is equal to the maximum Battle Rating of the vehicles in the session) with these weapons in Ground Realistic Battles is now 972 SP (versus 896 SP before the change) and 540 SP (versus 498 before the change) in Ground Simulator Battles. This type of weaponry includes for example the Kh-38MT on the Su-30SM and AASM 250 (SBU 64) on the Rafale C F3.

Interface

  • A bug that caused the crew window to switch to the aircraft tab when applying changes to ground or naval crew skills training has been fixed.

Patch notes reflect only key changes, meaning they may not include a complete list of all improvements made. Additionally, War Thunder is constantly being updated and some changes may not require an update. Changes reflected in patch notes are formed by taking reactions and requests of the community from the bug reporting service, forums and other official platforms into account. Bug fixes and changes are implemented in order of importance, for example a game-breaking bug will be worked on and implemented sooner.

it would be cool to see a SP cost list, I may be blind and not found one yet though lol

looks promising, top tier CAS ruins a lot of tank games. Though I wish fox 3’s were cheaper on SP, it’s annoying when I equip only AAM’s to counter their CAS, but it ends up costing tons of SP…

Good change. Wish you would nerf CAS more though… Im still surprised that CAS still gets airspawn. They should make it similar to SQB where jets have to take off from airfield on spawn

They should absolutely not make dumb ordnance cheap. They should make air to air loadouts cheap so nations can use jets to counter CAS

Is this applicated for all planes in GF or Gaijin forgot again the game still existing between rank 1 and 5???

from the statement its only valid for planes with IR-seeker weapons.
I would appreciate if in general spawn-costs for planes in ground Rb would be increased - so not only a cap or assist allows to go in the air

972 spawn points for 6 free KH-38 ground kills and then CAP duty? Still pretty low, compared to other planes without these types of op F&F weapons.
