Yes the F-35 is bad at dogfighting but I don’t see how that matters, we are talking about the Gripen. Pretty sure it isn’t the Gripen E since the source is from 2012 (IHS Jane’s, 2012) and even if it was it is the exact same airframe, only with a better engine and better electronics and sensors.
