Update 2.33.0.132

I hit it with a missile, got a “hit”, then the tail died, kamov crashed and i got the kill. What makes you think that you wouldn’t get the kill if you by yourself kill something? That doesn’t follow the game logic. Do you play the game at all? If you only blow off the tail of ka-50 and don’t kill it then obviously you are not going to get a kill, this is common sense.

he has 3x as many battles as you dude . . . .

Then it is common sense not be reward for sawing in half an ennemy?

What the Hell?

Is it common sense if tomorrow i use an axe to cut you in half → would you still be alive?

Is it common sense to use an aircaft sawed in half and be “yeah i’m fine, i’m gonna takeoff again tomorrow with it and destroy more things with it”?

What the hell on common you think this is?

The update log, that Stona_WT wrote says explicilty that the death will not be accounted for sawing a Kamov in half, therefore → no death = no kill = no rewards

So–> go back to replay and Show me that Kamov you killed instead of showing unclear picture of the said kill.
A picture of him, not you.

Yet hes talking dumb shit.

Helicopters aren’t humans. If the helicopter can fly, engage targets and return to base without crashing then it is not dead and you don’t deserve a reward of kill for not killing something.

Being able to differentiate between humans and helicopters.

You don’t get a kill reward for cutting out the tail of the ka-50. If the ka-50 dies because you cut their tail in half you will get a reward unless if someone else claims the reward.

I won’t bother. If you don’t believe me i don’t care lol. You’re being mad about non sense.

That does work based on game logic. You can quickly repair severely damaged vehicles and continue to use them in combat. This would be another argument and not anything in here.

So, based on common game logic that is applied for all vehicles, yes it would make sense.

Why are we buffing the best helicopters in the game? Meanwhile the Longbows don’t get their fnf hellfires, and the Zulu is using an outdated hellfire that was never used in active service with that helicopter.

It’s not “buffing the best helicopter in the game”.

It’s removing the reward of killing a ka-50 from people who didn’t kill one. You’re not entitled to get a kill reward for not killing something no matter how good said vehicle is. This is also a very beneficial change that reduces the survivability of ka-50’s as people will continue to shooting at it when it’s not considered "dead.
You can call it a “buff” but in reality you’re just unhappy that you can’t get a kill reward for not killing something…

why the 292 canon are impossible to break with 40mm canon?

The kind of tail tear that is in game would impact Kamarovs massively. Like getting to ground in VIP package speed type of massively.

Not to mention couple sources that prove that they’re able to fly with damaged tail, you notice something about them? They’re GETTING away from combat. Not to mention they do it with ZERO payload.

You are replying to a post that isn’t related to the 292. If there isn’t a topic you can make a new post to talk about this.

You would get the kill then if the ka-50 did indeed hit ground in “vip package speed type of massivelly”.

If they can limp away then so be it. If their machine functions enough to limp away, they should be allowed to do it.

“Buff” - make (an element in a role-playing or video game) more powerful.

The automatic ejection of Kamovs after tail loss was implemented for a reason.

That’s the problem with them in game. They don’t get down.

And that’s another problem. They don’t just limp away. They’re able to fly easily, they’re able to shoot. Neither of these things happen in real life, thankfully.

ok

Have you seen the damage to that tail? It’s unlike anything that happens in game.

Also, zero payload remaining.

“fly easily” probably because this game uses a thing called instructor. Ever heard of it? You dislike it? Thats another argument which again would apply to all vehicles not just ka-50.

So? It’s a video game. It auto ejects for balancing purposes

Stop smelling russian gas

If you have a better source in a proper form feel free to make a bug report about ka-50 that shouldn’t be able to fly with that damage.
