People just underrate the stabilizer and dont know where to aim with non-aphe ammo so they think its bad.

I only have it in war thunder mobile, but I like it as well. Fully stabilised with heat fs at such a low rating is pretty good. Only problem is the lack of post pen, enjoy watching “enemy kill assist” appearing on ur screen
