When will be AN/APG65Q on AV-8B Plus get fixed?

R-77 is good missile, but in range less than 20 km( or is it better to use miles for Johns?). AMRAAM is best missile for a long-range shot, but AN/APG65Q is weak for this, so it should be fixed for destroying wallet-warriors by 2 buttons
