Nuke Thunder event is awesome, but unfortunately a lot of players complain too much about balance toward USA side.
First of all, this is time limited event, test of mechanics and new weaponry. Majority of players are new to Air Battle and when die extensive amount of times from F14A’s missile , especially USSR main players , they come and complain. Players should use the ground and 3/9 to not be shot down but they keep flying ahead directly on missile and this js wrong, the biggest mistake.
Another note I would like to emphasize is … out of balance Pancir that was superior SPAA for 2-3 years, unfortunate USSR player didn’t complain, out of balance Kh-38 spam for over 2 years if im not wrong, unfortunately USSR players didn’t complain. Out of balance BMPT , unfortunately USSR players don’t complain its toxic vehicle even at 11.3.
Speaking of that this game not only for USSR players, there are thousands of other players who would like to enjoy the feeling their nation can dominate except USSR, and its time limited event, means that its only 2 weeks.
I played about 6 games yesterday for USA and only 1 game was winning , I didn’t use F14, i was top fragger but we couldn’t win because I wasn’t enough powerred to protect my bombers, I obtained 2 mega nukes but couldn’t even reach place to bomb because S300 shot down plane ignoring spam of countermeasures while USSR nuke can reach and drop nuke on base.
USSR has Yak141 with incredibly powerful SAHR missiles and HMD(!) and MiG29 that not worse than F15A but still people see only issue in F14, yes, its simple vehicle, but this is issue only when people dont try to evade its missile.
