Unlinking xbox account

hi,does someone know when will be unlinking xbox account available again? it says its on hold till 13.05.24

With my understanding They have this backlog of accounts that they are working on and will open up back up the account transfers again when they have cleared the backlog. Last time it took them about 2ish years (with my memory) to clear the last backlog.
